Tell Me More

  • A lovely, lighter meat-free option for summer, packed with signature Mediterranean flavours
  • These are classic flavour combination: goats cheese and roasted red pepper; basil and sundried tomato; pine nuts and spinach
  • Cooks from frozen and can be served hot or cold

Try It With:

  • Serve warm for a special summer’s lunch or supper with friends
  • Or put it in the fridge and add to a sumptuous spread for a buffet
  • Make a rocket and parmesan salad with a sharp mustardy dressing, then pile all the leaves in the centre of the lattice and sprinkle with pine nuts for a real showstopper

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • For the filling, we combine cooked onions, sundried tomatoes, roasted red peppers, goats cheese and spinach
  • Then we stir through a little pesto & sundried tomato paste, extra basil and oregano and some crunchy pine nuts
  • The puff pastry lattice is weaved by hand in our Pastry Room

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.
