Tell Me More

  • Unmistakably festive flavours
  • We buy filo pastry from a very traditional Greek baker in North London – it’s the best we’ve ever tried
  • Suitable for vegetarians, as we don’t use suet in our own mincemeat

Try It With

  • Mincemeat with brandy butter is a match made in heaven
  • Also delicious with custard, cream, crème fraiche or ice cream
  • Try it with a glass of pudding wine

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We make our own mincemeat with a good splash of spiced rum.
  • That goes into a sweet shortcrust base with pieces of Bramley apple.
  • It’s topped with filo pastry scrunchies, a scattering of shortbread crumble, and a dusting of cinnamon demerara sugar.

We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.
