Tell Me More

  • Made with cream from dairies in Dorset and Somerset, both close to our Puddings Kitchen
  • A spectacular large pudding, a twist on the classic pavlova, that’s new for Christmas 2019
  • Just defrost in the fridge and serve

Try it with:

  • Serve straight from the fridge and garnish with few fresh strawberries and raspberries
  • Make sure you remove the tower from all its packaging and place on its serving dish before defrosting in the fridge
  • Give it real zing and garnish with some fresh orange zest

The box dimensions for this pudding are: W184mm x H140mm x D182mm.

Our indulgent, hand-prepared puddings are frozen and need defrosting first (please check the pack).

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We make a long, wide chocolate pavlova, which we fill with orange curd and orange mascarpone cream.
  • We then turn it on its head, so you get lovely vertical lines when you cut into it.
  • Finally, it’s covered with more of the mascarpone cream, a chocolate and orange sauce, chocolate scrolls and long strips of candied orange zest.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Defrost Instructions:

FOR BEST RESULTS REMOVE ALL PACKAGING & DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE, AND EAT AS SOON AS YOU CAN 1. It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it's still frozen. You'll find it much easier to handle. 2. We recommend defrosting in the fridge for 3½ - 4½ hours and serving immediately – but don’t leave it any more than 12 hours as it might start to collapse. 3. In the unlikely event of any leftovers, store in the fridge and while it might not look its best, it will be fine to eat for 48 hours.
