Demand for puddings is off the scale this year, and we’re down to just 4 kinds left for deliveries between Christmas and New Year. Because they’re handmade, making loads more quickly isn’t an option. Luckily, all 4 are lovely, but we’re sorry there’s not more choice at the moment. If you’re able to make it to a COOK shop, you may find a few others in the freezers, but it will vary from shop to shop.
