  • Made with fresh Somerset cream from a dairy local to our Puddings Kitchen.
  • Each pavlova is rolled by hand.
  • Just defrost and serve! Remove all packaging while still frozen and defrost on your serving dish.
  • Eat as soon as you can once defrosted (or the meringue can start to collapse!).

Try It With

  • Perfect on it's own, but could also be served with fresh blackberries and some whipped cream.

Our indulgent, hand-prepared puddings are frozen and need defrosting for a minimum of 5 hours at room temperature (please check the pack)

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • Our classic pavlova recipe, topped with crumbled homemade ginger shortbread for a bit of added crunch.
  • We make the compote ourselves, gently cooking blackberries with a few blackcurrants, brown sugar and sloe gin.
  • The pavlova is then rolled by hand with fresh whipped cream and the compote.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Caster Sugar (29%), Whipping Cream [Milk] (24%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (19%) (Thickener: Guar Gum), Blackberries (10%), Sloe Gin (6%) (Sloe Infusion, Sugar, Water, Alcohol, Gin), Blackcurrants, Self Raising Flour (Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Hydrochloride), Sodium Carbonates, Calcium Phosphates), Cornflour, Salted Butter [Milk], Water, White Wine Vinegar (Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite), Vanilla Extract (Mono-Propylene Glycol, Vanilla Flavouring), Ground Ginger, Icing Sugar (Tricalcium Phosphate).

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

For best results defrost at room temperature and eat as soon as you can 1. It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it's still frozen. You'll find it much easier to handle. 2. Defrost for 4-5 hours at room temperature or 8-10 hours in the fridge. 3. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
