Try it with:
- Cooks straight from frozen on a baking tray – use the greaseproof paper provided
- Once the pastry is crispy and risen, it’s ready. If in doubt, leave it a little longer as no-one likes a soggy bottom!
- Serve straight from the oven with ice cream, clotted cream, crème fraiche or a good custard
How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- Our chefs make a compote of plums, blackberries, Bramley apples, blueberries, cinnamon and orange, all laced with calvados.
- It’s wrapped in puff pastry, with an open top.
- Finally, it’s sprinkled with pistachio nuts.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Defrost Instructions:
Cook from frozen. Remove packaging and place on the included greaseproof paper on a baking tray. Cook in the oven at 160°C Fan (180°C Electric or Gas Mark 4) for 1 hour or a little longer if it’s not quite risen or golden. Serve immediately.
