AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Ingredients: Buckhurst Gluten Free Sausage Meat (51%) (contains: Pork Cuts (Pork Shoulder, Pork Belly), Water, Gluten Free Rusk (Dehydrated Potato, Rice Flour, Salt, Dextrose), Salt, Herbs, Sugar, Spices, Antioxidant Sodium Ascorbate), Onions, Dried Apricots (11%) (contains: Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Ginger Puree (4%), Rapeseed Oil, Orange Zest, Parsley, Sage, Ground Ginger [Sulphites].

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove lid & cook in the top half of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. After cooking, pour away any excess liquid before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all apricot stones, some may remain.
