How We Make It

  • Puff pastry is stuffed with mozzarella, garlic and herbs
  • For the chutney, our chefs slow cook red peppers, chillies, vinegar, and soft brown sugar
  • It is then frozen, ready to be cooked as and when you need it!

Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Puff Pastry (45%) (Wheat Flour, Water, Sustainable Palmfat, Salt), Mozzarella (16%) [Milk], Roasted Red Pepper, Soft Cheese (10% Fat Cheese Base (contains Skimmed Milk, Cream), Tapioca Starch, Salt, Bacterial Starter Culture), Light Brown Sugar, Garlic (5%), Butter [Milk], Red Wine Vinegar (Antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide), Tomato Puree (2%), Shallots, Water, Chive, Parsley, Rapeseed Oil, Free Range Pasterurised Egg Yolk, Rosemary, Salt, Thyme, Red Chilli, Black Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Tear & Share Only. Preheat oven. Remove from the box and place on a baking tray with the silicon paper provided. Cook in the middle of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
35-40 mins
Ensure piping hot and allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook Tear & Share for 25 mins. And follow the microwave guidelines to cook the chutney for 1 min stir 30 secs.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing lid for the sauce.
