Defrost in a refrigerator overnight.

Once defrosted keep refrigerated. Use within 7 days of defrosting, once opened eat within 2 days.

Serving:

• Make your own canapés by adding to blinis with a little horseradish
• Transform into a classic starter with some brown bread, a green salad and a sprinkling of capers
• Or, for a sandwich or bagel with class, add watercress, cream cheese and a squeeze of lemon and black pepper
