Tell Me More

For a great spread, we'd suggest that for every 8 people you select...

  • A versatile treat, whether you are vegetarian or not, that cooks straight from frozen
  • Great as a starter, a main course or as part of a festive buffet
  • Cooks upside down, like all tarte tatins

Serving:

  • Delicious with a beetroot salad as a starter
  • Try it with a medley of roasted veg as a main course
  • Delicious with a lightly dressed peppery rocket salad

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • Our chefs make a rich, creamy celeriac puree with onion and garlic, milk and double cream.
  • To which we add honey-roasted parsnips and rosemary carrots, ready to be cooked at home.
  • Last but not least, because it’s cooked upside down, we add the puff pastry base on the top.
