Our large quiches are handmade with shortcrust pastry cases, classic blend of mascarpone and free-range egg and generous fillings.

  • Defrost! While still frozen, place the quiche onto the baking tray you’ll be using, on the silicon paper provided in the box and defrost in the fridge for 24hrs
  • Cook in the oven following the instructions
  • Leave to cool, (more if you’re serving cold), then, using a fish slice, carefully slide onto your serving plate

Try it with:

  • A peppery rocket salad if you’re having it for a main, or as part of a buffet.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK

Oven:

To cook from frozen (still utterly delicious), follow the guidelines above but cook for 65-70 minutes, and stand for 20 mins before serving. If you're cooking more than one at a time, it will take a longer.

Oven Settings

Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
40-45 mins+ 20mins resting time
Cook uncovered in the middle of the oven. If cooking more than one quiche at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Extra Warnings:

Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
