2022 Great Taste Award Winners

 

It is a great testament to the remarkable dedication and care of the teams in our kitchens that COOK meals and puddings won a whopping 20 Great Taste Awards in 2022. These awards are, essentially, the food Oscars, judged by a panel of food writers, critics, chefs and connoisseurs. This year, each of our three two-star winners came from our three kitchens: COOK Puddings in Somerset, and The COOK Kitchen and COOK Classics in Kent. All very satisfying!

The samples we send to the Great Taste Awards are not specially made or anything, so they’re a true representation of what you’ll find at a COOK shop. You can explore all the recent winners online here.

Today was officially a good day. We escaped the office and headed to the Kent countryside to go and meet Provenance Potatoes, a co-op of farmers local to our kitchens, who supply us with about 25 tonnes of potatoes every week.
