All our shops are open and operating a counter service to help keep everyone safe (this includes Tier 4 areas). You can order online for Click & Collect or home delivery but please keep in mind that slots for deliveries, in particular, are likely to be very busy. As Aesop said: “No act of kindness, however small, is wasted,” and our Kindness Fund, set up at the start of lockdown, is continuing to give meals to people in need in our communities ahead of Christmas, adding to the 130,000 meals and treats we’ve already distributed. Home Delivery Orders
We expect delivery slots to once again get very busy given lockdown and the approach of Christmas. If you are able, please visit a shop or order via Click & Collect (see below). If you are self-isolating or working for the NHS and struggling to get a slot, please get in touch and we’ll do whatever we can to help. For all the info on Christmas ordering please click here.
Our shops are open as usual, well stocked, and doing everything they can to serve our local communities. We are limiting customer numbers inside and operating a counter service to help keep everyone safe. Payment is by card/contactless only, no cash for now.
Contact-free Click & Collect
All shops have Click & Collect slots available. Collection will be from the counter by the door and contact-free.
Getting in touch
Please bear with us if it takes longer than usual to get through by phone or to get a response through other channels – unsurprisingly, things are busy. Please find our contact details here. Above all, let’s keep looking out for each other.
