Terms & Conditions:

1. The Competition is organised by COOK Trading Ltd ("COOK") whose registered address is The COOK Kitchen, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HH. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of COOK, Forest Holidays or their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition. The eligibility of any entrant is at COOK's sole discretion.

3. All entries must be received by COOK by 23:59 on Monday 31st July 2017. Any entries received after this time will be invalid.

4. Only one entry per household. No purchase necessary. All automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.

5. COOK does not assume any responsibility, and cannot accept any liability, for lost, damaged or incomplete entries or for any technical fault or failed electronic data transmission. Any and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of dispatch shall not be proof of entry.

6. The competition prize consists of a 3 night weekend break in a Forest Holidays 2 bedroom Silver birch cabin and £100 worth of COOK food. The prize can be taken any time up to 31 December 2017, subject to availability (excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter). The prize is valid for use at of Forest Holidays nine locations. The prize can only be used against one booking. The winner is responsible for transport to and from their chosen location. The break is on a self-catering basis; any food (on top of the £100 COOK food provided as part of the prize), travel, organised leisure activities and Forest Ranger walks, and any other additional costs associated with the break are not covered by this prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. It is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

7. The prize-winner will be chosen at random and notified by email within three weeks of the closing date. If COOK does not receive a reply and is unable to make contact with the winner within 1 month, COOK reserves the right to select another winner.

8. COOK reserves the right to request written proof of age or identity of any entrant before they may claim a prize.

12. These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, COOK and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

13.The decision of COOK regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. COOK reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the competition without notice, where it becomes necessary to do so.

15. COOK reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of the same or higher value.

16. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
