We've prepared everything using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home so it will look and taste like you've made it yourself.  These mains are guaranteed to draw gasps of admiration from your guests...we won't tell if you won't!

(above) Rosemary Chicken with a Portobello Mushroom & Pearl Barley Risotto - Chicken breasts wrapped in sweet-cured bacon with a luxurious mushroom and truffle oil risotto.

Beef Wellington - serves 6, and comes with a free Red Wine and Shallot Jus. Perfect for New Years Eve.

Wild Boar Pie. These come individually - perfect for dinner a deux. A rich wild boar ragu made with red wine, rosemary and oregano, topped with an onion & apple puree in buttery pastry.

New Salmon En Croute. Perfect for Boxing Day. Salmon fillets filled with a rocket, caper, lemon, crème fraîche and dill mix, wrapped in all-butter puff pastry and glazed with dill and juniper.

Large Chicken & Panceltta Pie - serves 6. Marinated chicken breast pieces with pancetta and rosemary in a sherry and cream sauce, wrapped in all-butter, shortcrust pastry.

Steak, Mushroom & Merlot Pie, serves 6. Tender top rump beef, with Portobello mushrooms and shallots, cooked slowly with Merlot wine and wrapped in all-butter, shortcrust pastry
