Bring our recipes to life by producing the best food with the best ingredients. With your skill and attention to detail you will create our remarkable products that will guarantee our customers have the best experience every time. Consistency is key, our customers will keep coming back as they trust you to give them remarkable products winning in taste.



Sunday - Thursday 22:00-06:00

1. Following on from the prep department, make sure all ingredients required are prepped and of the correct spec, quality and weight before handing over to the chefs.

2. Work with our inhouse database (Unity) to ensure the correct ingredients are being used or the correct batch.

3. Maintain good fridge management and adhere to stock rotation guidelines to help with reducing wastage.

4. Assist the chefs by weighing required ingredients before cooking such as salt and pepper.

5. Be the chefs perfect sidekick, by aiding the chefs and help with the smooth running of the cooking process.



No experience necessary but having worked in a cooking/kitchen environment would be fab!
