New Parents 10% Discount Scheme
1. COOK's New Parents 10% Discount Card is only valid for pregnant women/mothers/fathers/newly adoptive parents with newborn babies under the age of 6 months, and for expectant new parents for the first 12 months.
2. Only one discount card can be issued to a single customer within a 12 month period.
3. Customers must provide a valid email address and postal address to qualify for a New Parents Discount Card.
4. COOK reserves the right to send necessary transactional emails relating to the New Parents Scheme to customers who register for a discount card either online or in store.
5. By signing up to the New Parents Scheme you are also signing up to our email and postal newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, contacting edwardanddale@cookfood.net or by calling our customer services team on 01732 759010.
6. If registering online, customers must collect a valid discount card from their local COOK shop before qualifying for their 10% discount. Providing poof of online registration is not enough to claim a discount.
7. Customer’s must present a valid New Parents Discount Card, New Parents ID or New Parents email address to a member of staff to redeem their discount in store.
8. Discount cards are valid for 12 months from the start date agreed in store.
9. Requested start date of New Parents Discount Card must be within 6 months of the babies due date. Cannot select a due date more than 8 months in the future.
10. The New Parents Discount Card entitles the named customer and their nominated shopper to a 10% discount off selected products purchased in any participating COOK shop, within the dates listed.
11. Upon collection of a valid New Parents Discount Card, a home delivery voucher code will be emailed to the New Parent entitling them to a 10% discount off COOK home delivery, valid for 12 months from the start date agreed in store. The voucher will only apply to orders placed using the email address registered to the New Parents Scheme. Nominated shoppers will not be able to use this home delivery voucher for orders placed using their own COOK customer accounts.
12. The New Parents 10% Discount is applicable in participating COOK shops and for home delivery orders fulfilled by www.cookfood.net. The discount cannot be used in non-participating COOK shops or independent outlets selling COOK food.
13. The New Parents Discount only applies to full priced products. Discount does not apply to reduced products or special offers and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or voucher.
14. The New Parents Discount does not apply to the purchase of gift vouchers.
15. If ordering for home delivery, the discount will only be applied to full priced items in your basket. If the discount brings your gross spend below the threshold for Free Delivery, then a delivery charge will be added to your order. Discount does not apply to delivery charges.
16. No price adjustments or partial reimbursements on previous purchases. Any return of products will be for the price actually paid.
17. No photocopies accepted.
18. The terms and conditions for COOK’s New Parents 10% Discount Card are subject to change and COOK reserves the right to withdraw the scheme at any time. If the terms of the discount scheme change, the most up-to-date version can always be found online at www.cookfood.net/newparents-terms
