Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms, Lemon and Sage Butter 
Arborio rice with porcini, cup and chestnut mushrooms topped with a knob of lemon and sage butter.
Serves one £3.99 Serves two £6.99
Vegetarian. Microwave cook only.
To serve:
Leave the risotto to stand for two minutes then stir well.
Spoon into warmed bowls.
Serve with:
A topping of salad leaves (rocket is ideal),shavings of fresh Parmesan and a drizzle of good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
