To serve:
Using tongs, pile the linguine onto the centre of a warmed bowl. Place sea bass on top (remove skin if preferred, it should peel away easily) and pour remaining bisque around the edge. Garnish with chopped parsley.
To drink:
A light, fruity un-oaked Chardonnay or a light red, such as a Pinot Noir.
