Corn-Fed Chicken with Chestnut Stuffing
Breast of corn-fed chicken stuffed with chestnuts, served with a marsala sauce, roasted shallots and mushrooms. Serves one £5.99 Serves two £10.99
To serve:
After letting the chicken rest for four minutes, carve it into two or three pieces. Stir the sauce and pour carefully into the centre of a warmed plate. Arrange the chicken in the centre and garnish with a sprig of fresh herbs.
