Defrost at room temperature for approximately 3 hours. Once defrosted do not refreeze, store in an airtight container and eat within 3 days
Serving Suggestion
Take two of these traybakes, sandwich them together using a cinammon butter cream, decorate with pecans, and hey presto, a delicious cake for any occasion.
To make the cinammon butter cream you'll need
125 g soft butter
125 g cream cheese (full-fat)
275 g icing sugar
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
How to make:
Fold all the ingredients into a bowl. Easy!
