AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Whipping Cream (41%) [Milk], Raspberries (29%), Caster Sugar, Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (thickener: guar gum.), Ruby Port (2%) (Preservative: Sulphur Dioxide), Icing Sugar (Sugar, Tricalcium Phosphate).

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE AND EAT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. 1) Remove lid and defrost for 9-10 hours in the fridge or 5-6 hours at room temperature. 2) It is very important to eat Eton Mess the moment it has thawed - or even when still slightly frozen. 3) In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
