How We Make It

This slaw is a vibrant mix of vegetables with an Asian-style dressing that gives it a fresh flavour. Our slaw mix contains pink cabbage, white cabbage, carrot, mooli and chopped broccoli stems. Mooli is a large white vegetable similar to radish, and is often used in Asian cuisine. We coat the slaw vegetables with a zingy dressing made from a mixture of lime juice, ginger puree, garlic, white wine vinegar, ground coriander, tamari, honey and mint. The dish is garnished with sesame seeds to add some more crunch to the slaw.
