AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

Pearl Barley (41%), Quinoa, Smokey Semi-Dried Tomatoes (7%), Chargrilled Artichokes (7%), Roasted Red Peppers, Rapeseed Oil, Parsley, Black Olives (4%), Lemon Juice (2%), Green Pesto (2%) [Milk], White Wine Vinegar [Sulphites], Salt.

Smokey Semi-Dried Tomatoes contain: Semidried Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt, Dried Garlic, Dried Oregano, Natural Flavouring, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid. Black Olives contain: Olives, Salt. White Wine Vinegar contains: Wine, Antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide. Green Pesto contains: Basil Paste (Fresh Basil 59%, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid, Acidity Regulator: Lactic acid), Sunflower Oil, Grated Vegetarian Hard Cheese (Cow’s Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet), Garlic Puree.
