Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins
Remove film and stir before serving.

Oven:

Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on baking tray in centre of oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
25-30 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins, stir well before serving. Ensure this food is piping hot.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave instructions but cook for 2 mins, stir, then a further 1 min.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing lid.
