Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract). Filo Pastry (26%) [Wheat Gluten, Sulphites], Kiln-Roasted Salmon (14%) [Fish, Crustaceans], Double Cream [Milk], Salmon (12%) [Fish], Coley [Fish], Leeks (9%), Smoked Salmon Trimmings (6%) [Fish], Free Range Pasteurised Egg White, Spinach (2%), Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Chives, Butter [Milk], Dried Dill, Black Pepper, Salt.

Filo Pastry contains: Wheat Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine), Water, Maize Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Glucose Syrup, Salt, Flour Treatment Agents: Ascorbic Acid, Sodium Metabisulphite. Smoked Salmon Trimmings contain: Salmon, Salt, Sugar. Kiln-Roasted Salmon contains: Salmon, Salt, Sugar.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven and baking tray. Remove from box and place directly onto a preheated baking tray with the silicone paper provided. Cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
60-65 mins
Allow to rest for 5 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 35-40 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
