Cooked Basmati Rice (19%), Salmon (13%) [Fish], Aduki Beans, Cooked Nanjing Rice (11%), Soya Beans (8%), Water, Dry Sherry [Sulphites], Light Soy Sauce (4%) [Wheat Gluten, Soya], Spring Onions, Ginger Puree (4%), Garlic, Honey, Sesame Oil [Soya], Ketjap Manis [Gluten, Soya], Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites], Sesame Seeds, Black Sesame Seeds, Thai Fish Sauce, Lime Juice .

Ketjap Manis contains: Sugar, Soybean Extract, Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Colour Caramel, Water, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Garlic. Thai Fish Sauce contains: Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar. Sesame Oil contains: Soya Oil, Sesame Oil. Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on microwavable plate. Cook on full power.
850W
3 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins 30 secs
Allow to stand for 1 min and stir well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 1 min 30 secs, stir and cook for a further 1 min. Stir well and ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.
