How To Make It

A dish that’s rich and creamy, while also deliciously fresh, and with whole fresh chicken breasts to make it really special.

The chicken is oven-roasted to keep it moist and full of flavour. To make the sauce, our chefs simmer chicken stock, white wine, lemon juice and two types of mustard – Dijon and wholegrain – with fresh double cream and tarragon to create a really comforting and indulgent sauce with a distinctive tarragon flavour. The dish is garnished with sliced leeks, slowly sweated in butter, and the chicken is topped with a slice of fresh lemon and some parsley to really bring the flavours to life.

Great with new potatoes and some freshly chopped parsley sprinkled over the top.
