Moroccan Spiced Lamb Tagine 






A slow-cooked, aromatic north African stew with pieces of lamb marinated in a spice mix including cinnamon, cumin, paprika and ginger, before being braised in stock for three hours and finished with chickpeas, apricots and dates.
Delicious with steamed sugar snaps, our minted couscous and a sprinkling of fresh coriander leaves.
Serve with our Minted Couscous and a simple salad.
