A rich chutney, packed with flavour. Made with small, wild plums or damsons, as well as cardamom seeds, fresh ginger, coriander and a touch of chilli. Brilliant with cold ham, turkey or tongue, but equally great with a takeaway and some poppadoms. Also a perfect accompaniment to canapés.
