AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Goat's Cheese (30%) [Milk], Mascarpone [Milk], Sundried Tomato & Red Pepper Chutney (20%) [Sulphites, Mustard], Filo Pastry Case (19%) [Wheat Gluten], Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk.

Sundried Tomato & Red Pepper Chutney contains: Chopped Tomatoes, Granulated Sugar, Diced Red Pepper, Sun Dried Tomato Paste (contains: Sunflower Oil, Sun Dried Tomatoes (Contains Salt, Preservative: Sulphur dioxide)) Water, Salt, White Wine Vinegar, Dried Onion Flakes, Yellow Mustard Seed, Salt, Ground Ginger. Filo Pastry Case contains: Wheatflour, Sunflower Oil, Water, Salt.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Pre-heat oven and baking tray. Remove packaging. Place directly on the baking tray in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
12 mins
Leave to stand for 5 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 8 mins.
