We make a savoury muffin mix with crumbled goats cheese, free range egg, polenta and chives.This is piped into trays by hand.We mix red onion marmalade with crumbled goats cheese and use this to top the muffins.
To serve: leave to cool for a couple of minutes before removing from the tray. The quickest way to remove is to turn the tray upside down and gently tap the bottom
