Our pastry team at the COOK Kitchen (headed by pastry queen Carol) roll these quiche bases out by hand, fill them individually and cook them in tiny batches. They are as good as (if not better) than a good cook would make at home and are ideal for parties, picnics and the like. Beautiful hot or cold.
Our canapés make entertaining easy because they are to be cooked from frozen and so can be kept in the freezer until you need them.
