Our previous lamb shanks recipe has been transformed into a dish that is a hearty but sophisticated meal in itself thanks to the addition of roast potatoes and chunky root vegetables. The white wine and rosemary jus isfull of flavour thanks to a long and intricate cooking process.
TO SERVE
No rocket science, just make it look pretty in the middle of a big white plate or bowl.
