We have prepared the shoulder of lamb, stuffed with sausage meat and apricot and slow-roasted at a low temperature for 3-4 hours to make it super tender. It comes in a metal foil tin and cooks from frozen in under three hours in its own delicious redcurrant gravy.
The joint serve a generous six adult portions so should easily feed 4 adults and 4 young children.
Once cooked put the roast on a chopping board, the gravy into a gravy boat, veg and potatoes into serving bowls. Your friends and family will never know you haven’t cooked the whole meal from scratch.
