- Defrost! While still frozen, place the quiche onto the baking tray you’ll be using, on the silicon paper provided in the box and defrost in the fridge for 24hrs.
- Cook in the oven following the instructions.
- Leave to cool, (more if you’re serving cold), then, using a fish slice, carefully slide onto your serving plate.

DEFROST BEFORE COOKING
Defrost Instructions:
Remove the frozen quiche from its packaging and place on a baking tray, leaving the silicone paper underneath the base of the quiche. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
