They are all handmade with each individual biscotti being hand cut, in their own small Artisan Bakery in Christchurch, Dorset. We are excited to introduce these new innovative products to our range

How They're Made
- Taking its name from the medieval Latin word biscoctus meaning 'twice-cooked', these products are firstly baked for 30 minutes.
- They are then cooled and refrigerated overnight. The next morning each biscuit is sliced by hand, laid on a baking tray and baked again at a low temperature for an hour to remove any moisture. This gives biscotti its famous crunchy texture.
