Lamb Moussaka
We mince our own lamb, braise until tender and serve with chopped tomatoes, onions, mint, diced Maris Piper potatoes and oven roasted aubergines. We finish it with a bechamel sauce. Details >

Cottage Pie
We've improved our recipe, with beef pan-fried to seal in the flavour, then minced and braised in milk to make it fluffy and tender (a trick we picked up from Italy). A dash of red wine adds richness to the sauce and we've added parsley to the topping of mashed potato. Details >
