By taking part in this competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

It is a condition of entry that each Entrant must be resident in the Mainland United Kingdom and be aged 18 years or over. Employees and agents of ‘COOK Trading Ltd’ (referred to herein as COOK), and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition.

The winner will be chosen at random from all customers who use our new Click and Collect service before the end of September 2014..

There is one prize to be won which includes what we estimate to be a year’s worth of COOK (based roughly on having a single freezer drawer full at all times) which will be made up of 12 x vouchers worth £85, or 24 x vouchers worth £42.50 (if you have a small freezer drawer) with expiry dates at the end of each month starting from October 2014. Each code will also require that order to be collected before the end of that month as well. These will need to be used online for Click and Collect orders only. If the vouchers are not spent, unfortunately whatever remains in that month becomes null and void.

We don’t want to be too prescriptive so if you want to use your vouchers up sooner than once or twice a month (if you’re having a party, for instance) then that’s okay – but we will not supply any additional vouchers for the rest of the year. The amount of the prize is set at £1020 worth of COOK vouchers and is non transferable and non negotiable

They must only be used on a single, pre-agreed account against a single email address

Mulitple entries are not accepted. If you click and collect multiple times in September you will not be entered multiple times into the competition

To be eligible, all Click and Collect orders must have been placed, paid for and picked up by close of business Tuesday 30th September 2014.

Vouchers are strictly non transferable and have no cash value

All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the competition winner by email within 4 working days of said closing date. If there is no response from the competition winner within a week of said communication, COOK reserves the right to choose another winner.
