"I purchased a gift box for my father for his Birthday, order on Wednesday and it was delivered to them in Scotland for his birthday on Friday - he loves it! The best present he's had for ages - he's even allowing Mum to have a few of the dishes!
Thanks for the excellent service - as usual!" - _Pip_
TweetCOOK Witney Now Open!
Posted on 18 July 2008
We've spread our wings a little bit further afield and just opened in Witney, Oxfordshire in the new parade of shops in the Waitrose car park. Please come pop in and pay us a visit if you live nearby.
Some useless information you don't need to know about Witney. Believe it or not, it is famous for the quality of its blankets which is supposed to be, in part, due to the water from the nearby River Windrush. So now you know.
TweetGift Vouchers now available
Posted on 15 July 2008
Almost immediately we started selling our food online we began to receive requests from people who wanted to send an online voucher as a gift to someone who would benefit from having some food delivered.
Nice idea we thought, but we never realised that to make this happen would require more 'geek' input from the IT department than went into NASA putting a man on the moon.
But, hey, it's finally here! So, to give you the sales pitch, here are some ideas of who would like an online voucher:
- An elderly relative who would rather not be cooking.
- New mums. Flowers, chocolates or some food in the freezer? The proverbial no brainer
- Busy mum with not enough hours in the day.
- Someone who is ill (after all they'll need decent nutrition more than ever)
Simply follow the link below to order. Simple - and not a rocket in sight.
