It's really my parents who are the ones to thank for COOK coming into being.
I spent my formative years working in their coffee shop and then after leaving school I worked in their bakery. Their whole ethos was to produce the very best food possible whether that be cups of coffee, sandwiches or cakes and this culture became part of me.

We're all quite excited at COOK as we've just opened a shop at our Kitchen in Sittingbourne. If you're in the area, please pop in and pay us a visit however please note that is only open on weekdays.

The town's name came from the fact that there is a small stream or "bourne" running underground in part of the town. As such it came to be known as the town that was "Sitting-on-the-Bourne."
